• Always maintain at least a ¾″ dead air space between insulation and exterior wythe (brick, veneer, etc.).
   
• Keep insulation above grade level, with proper flashing and weeps.
   
• Stagger joints, butt ends tightly, and tape with polypropylene sheathing tape.
   
• Use EPS-compatible adhesives and follow local building code requirements.
